1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age. Use of the pk6854 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pk6854 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

2.2 Identity Verification. pk6854 reserves the right to request identity documents — including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any balance pending verification.

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pk6854 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. pk6854 makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available in all locations. Players found to be accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction will have their Accounts closed and any balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on pk6854. Multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — identified through matching personal data, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — may be merged or closed, with bonuses and winnings obtained through duplicate Accounts subject to forfeiture.

3 Account Registration & Management

4 Payments, Currency & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Currency. pk6854 operates PKR-denominated accounts for Pakistani players. Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction, with any conversion costs borne by the Player.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pk6854 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and any applicable limits:

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The current minimum deposit on pk6854 is PKR 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Processing times depend on the selected payment method and KYC status. pk6854 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to three (3) business days of a verified and approved withdrawal request.

4.5 Fraud Prevention. pk6854 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Transactions flagged as potentially fraudulent may be delayed, reversed, or reported to relevant financial authorities. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting pk6854 support constitute a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses offered by pk6854 are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods specified in the individual promotion terms. These terms are made available to players at the point of offer and within the Promotions section of the Platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are specified in each promotion's terms.

5.3 One Bonus Per Transaction. Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be claimed per deposit transaction. Bonuses cannot be stacked or combined unless pk6854 specifically authorises this in writing or through the Platform.

5.4 Abuse and Exploitation. pk6854 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or using automated tools to complete wagering requirements. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at pk6854's sole discretion.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. pk6854 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall continue to apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Fairness. All games offered on the pk6854 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software that has been independently audited and verified. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game within the game information panel. pk6854 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting. These include rules on void bets, in-play betting, settlement timescales, and maximum payout limits.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, pk6854 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Any winnings accrued during a period of malfunction may be withheld pending investigation. pk6854 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures caused by third-party software providers or telecommunications infrastructure.

6.4 Game History. The pk6854 system maintains records of all game sessions. In the event of a dispute regarding an outcome, pk6854's system records shall be the authoritative source unless demonstrable technical error is proven by the Player.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk6854 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on pk6854, whether personally or via a proxy, regardless of the payment method used.
• Using pk6854 for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that facilitates financial crime.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with any part of the pk6854 Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to pk6854's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Accessing or using pk6854 Services while self-excluded from the Platform.
• Sharing or selling Account access to any third party.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. pk6854 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their activity.

8.2 Player-Controlled Limits. All registered Players on pk6854 can set the following limits directly from their Account dashboard, with changes taking effect immediately or after a 24-hour cooling period depending on the type of limit:

• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.2 No Consequential Liability. 10.3 Player Responsibility. Players access and use the pk6854 Platform at their own risk. pk6854 provides its Services on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure all game outcomes are fair and accurate, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, pk6854's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their pk6854 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by Player. Players may close their pk6854 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed via the Player's last-used payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

11.2 Closure by pk6854. pk6854 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity; or regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed by pk6854 due to Player breach, any bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the pk6854 Platform terminates immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7 (Prohibited Activities), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk6854 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact pk6854 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pk6854 commits to reviewing and responding to all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

12.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. pk6854 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the pk6854 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.
